Ever since we went to Belgium, anytime I’m at the store and see something that is Belgium chocolate, I just have to buy it! I recently came across these little Belgium dark chocolate dessert cups. There is a number of things that you could put in them, but I wanted to make some chocolate mousse-because it’s one of my favorite things.
However, I wanted to find a mousse recipe without eggs so I used this recipe. Then after the mousse set in the refrigerator for a few hours, I used a piping bag to put it in the little cups. I topped them with crushed peppermint. I think they make the perfect dessert for a holiday gathering or dinner party and they look so fancy even though they only take about a half hour to make and assemble.
