A couple weeks ago a friend of mine taught a grilling class at my house and she told me about grilling fruit. I have always loved to grill pineapple, but never thought about grilling peaches. Just cut the peach in half and place it directly on the grill. I sprayed the grill with cooking spray first and placed it with the inside of the peach down. Let it cook for just a bit then top the peaches with some ice cream or yogurt, granola and cinnamon. A delicious summer treat!
