I got this recipe from my mother-in-law, it is so good and very easy! It’s perfect for a 4th of July party.
Strawberry Trifle
2 cups cold milk
2 small cheesecake instant pudding powder
2 cups heavy whipping cream
8 cups cubed angel food cake
4 cups sliced strawberries (and) blueberries

In a large bowl, beat the whipping cream on high speed until fluffy.
In a separate bowl, beat the milk and pudding on low speed until combined.
Fold the pudding mixture in to the whipped cream. Then layer in a glass bowl or trifle, the cake cubes on the bottom, then fruit, then whipped mixture. Save some fruit for the top. Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
