The other night we had some people over for dinner and I really wanted to make a pumpkin pie. {my husband’s dessert of choice} I thought it would be cute to serve individual pies instead of just a slice of pie. So I bought some pre-made mini pie crusts and mixed up some pumpkin pie. I added the filling to the little pie crusts and stuck them in the oven. They take just a little bit less time than a normal sized pumpkin pie. To top it off, I made some semi-sweet chocolate ganache and some homemade whipped cream. Topped it with a sprinkle of cinnamon and that’s it! You have cute little individual servings of pumpkin pie.
