I love chocolate mousse and the other day I raided my cupboards to see if I had the ingredients to make some. I found this recipe and realized I didn’t have ingredients to make a crust… so I used some pre-made cookie dough I had in the refrigerator. I used a mini torte pan I got from Whole Port and cooked the cookie as the package directs (since the cookie rose a little bit while cooking, I just pressed it down while it was still warm to make room for the mousse). When the cookie was cooled, I loaded in some chocolate mousse. Oh boy was it delicious!
