Summer is just around the corner and I’m so excited for the warmer weather. It also means I need to step up my game when it comes to protecting my skin and hair from the sun. I love the sun and could spend hours laying in the sun-believe me I have…. and because of that I go to the dermatologist about twice a year to have my skin checked out. Over the winter I had a mole removed that had abnormal cells so my doctor had to go back and cut more out. Luckily, there was no further treatment needed. I wish I would have cared about sunscreen when I was in high school eeek!

1. Coppertone Endless Summer Sunless Tanning Moisturizing Lotion This is a little helper when it comes to getting the perfect tan-a much safer alternative to laying out for hours.
2. Neutrogena Revitalizing Lip Balm The best lip balm with SPF in it! I have so many of these and use them every.single.day.
3. Bumble and Bumble Surf Spray You can get some awesome beachy waves with this spray.
4. Schwarzkopf Color Save Spray Conditioner This helps to protect your hair against the dryness the sun causes.
5. Block Island Organics sunscreen I love knowing that something I am using everyday is all organic-that’s why I love this sunscreen.
6. Burt’s Bees After Sun Soother This was a life saver when we went to Florida one year and we’ve used it ever since.
7. Matrix SoSilver Shampoo The sun can bleach out your blonde or dyed hair causing it to look brassy-this protects it from that.
