I am always looking for chocolate peanut butter recipes. They are my favorite! I found a recipe similar to this ice cream cake recipe so I decided to make just a few changes and make it when we had some friends over for dinner. It was so good! It basically entailed putting ice cream in a pan so it was pretty easy and it’s a perfect make ahead dessert which is what I needed for that day. Sometimes I plan meals that take so long I don’t have time for dessert-so making it the day before was a life saver.
