My kids love pasta and would probably eat that and pizza every night. But instead of always putting a tomato sauce on the pasta, I like to switch it up sometimes. Some recent favorite pasta toppings have been basil pesto with diced tomatoes and parmesan cheese, another favorite is this recipe. I added asparagus, chopped baby tomatoes and fresh corn to some orzo pasta. It was such an easy recipe and it is a great way to incorporate vegetables to my normal pasta dish.
