MORNING JUICE RECIPES

You may remember from an earlier post, that my husband and I have been juicing since about January.  We started off with a juice only diet (me for 4 days, my husband for almost two weeks). Now, we still have a juice for breakfast every morning and my husband also drinks one for lunch too. I will make one or two batches a week and store the juice in mason jars in the refrigerator. Then I don’t have to go through the trouble of cutting all the fruit and cleaning the juicer every day, just once or twice a week. We still try a lot of different combinations and I thought I would share some recent juices I made.

Juice #1: mango, carrot, apricot, celery, orange

Juice #2: carrot, celery, orange, apple

Juice #3: romane lettuce, spinach, pear, apple
