LEGGINGS WEEK: REHABBING OLD LEGGINGS

IMG_5001-b.jpg

I bought these leggings for my two-year-old and then literally the first time she wore them she stained the knees. I didn’t notice until AFTER they went through the washer and dryer. I was bummed, if they were old clothes I would have just cut the loses but because these were new I wanted to try and salvage them. So with some wool felt, I cut little hearts, the size of the stains and then used some heavy duty fabric glue to glue them on. Make sure to put a piece of freezer paper or something inside the leg of the pant to make sure you don’t glue the front pant leg to the back pant leg 🙂 And that’s it! A quick little way to revamp some old (looking) leggings.
