During the summer we spend so much time on our porch. We eat dinner here every night. It’s probably my favorite place in our house. I love to watch storms while sitting on the porch. But because it is outside, every spring when I go to clean the porch, it looks pretty beat up from the winter. It was in desperate need of an update!

{I found this cute little basket to hold my hammock}
{I used a pallet and some knobs to make hooks for the kids to hang their swimsuits and towels for the pool}
I also recovered the chair and bench cushions and pillows, painted the floor, touched up the walls, painted the rug, added some curtains and got a new tablecloth. Whew so much better now!
