TOP POSTS 2013

I always think it’s fun looking back at some of my most popular posts. Some completely surprise me that they were so popular and others I am completely relived they became popular because it took so much time and energy to make.
Maxi Skirt Tutorial
{I thought this one would be popular because maxi skirts are all over. I loved making these skirts and always get compliments when I wear them}
Little Girl’s Room Reveal
 {I loved updating my daughter’s room. I changed the whole concept half way through the project and was so glad I did. Just yesterday I was rocking my daughter in the chair and thinking about how it is my favorite room in my house}
 Pallet Wall Art
{I got these pallets from a friend’s trash and I showed the finished product to her-all proud at what I had made and she was a bit confused why I put old wood on my wall. So I’m glad you guys appreciated it!}
 Floating Wall Shelves
 {These shelves are some of my favorite things in my house. I love changing out the picture frames and adding my own little things to the shelves. It’s such a great place to put things I don’t want my little kids to grab}

 DIY Chalk Paint
{I still love the color of these tables-Mermaid Net from Behr (inspiration from The Pleated Poppy. However, I need to put some furniture wax on them because they scratch easy}
Morning Juice Recipes
{My husband and I started juicing back in January. I still make juice every week for my breakfast. My husband has moved on to yogurt in the morning, but he still has a juice for lunch most days. Now I am loving kale, spinach, pears and apples combo-my kids love it too}
 American Flag Pie
{Oh this pie was delicious and a lot of fun to make. I will definitely be making it every fourth of July!}
Leggings Tutorial
{I am so glad I made these for my daughter because since making them, I have made several other pairs even for myself!}
 DIY Moroccan Pouf
{This pouf was a lot of work so I am glad it became a popular post. It has held up surprisingly well, I guess I didn’t have very high hopes. But so far all of the stitching and glue has help up to my toddlers jumping on it and throwing it around the room}
DIY Chore Chart
{I use this every day still and think it works great for my kids to keep track of their chores and give them incentive to keep doing them}
And that’s it for 2013! I look forward to a new year of crafts and projects!
