I found this little clipboard in my husband’s workshop in the basement and thought it just needed an upcycle-I’m pretty sure he wasn’t using it! It was a quick little transformation. I just painted it with two coats of chalkboard paint and sanded down the edges after the paint dried. Then I added some banner bling.
To make the tassels, just take some baker’s twine and wrap it around your fingers a few times. Then string it on another piece of baker’s twine. I tied a knot around it with a little piece of twine. And to finish it off, just cut the ends. Super simple, I am a bit obsessed with these tassel strings and make them all the time.
