We are headed for a nice little trip for spring break and the planning part of the trip has been so much fun. One thing I love about going on vacation is buying new clothes for it-that’s part of it right? Mostly, because it will be the first time my kids are wearing shorts and tee shirts again in a few months so I have to make sure they have summer clothes that fit them still. And any excuse I can get to buy myself some new clothes… I’ll take it! 

Above are some things that I have already purchased for my trip. I love this white swim cover. I love the little fringe details on the hemline. Covering up with a good swim cover and fedora hat are a must for me when heading to a warm place-especially after a long winter of not being exposed to the sun-the worst is getting sunburnt on the first day of a long vacation.

For part of our trip we will be on a cruise so I picked this long flowing floral dress for the times I want to feel a bit more dressed up. And I love these sandal options because one is more comfortable and one is a little bit more formal. 

And for any beach trip, I need a good beach tote, some aviators and bermuda shorts. And I’m dying over this scalloped one-piece bathing suit. I love the coverage the suit provides and the scallops are the perfect feminine detail.
